TRANS RAGE 2024

Sunny (They/ Sunny) and Lee (She/They) launching their first exhibition that is spoken by the people, The Trans RAGE Exhibition 2025, transforming how minorities and undervalued communities can come together in union through artistic protest and mutual understanding in a respectful and educational atmosphere.

Hear what the trans and non-binary voices have to say about their experiences, be educated by their experiences through artistic protest and finally understand who they are to take the conversation further.

This new exhibition will act as a platform for trans and non-binary people to broadcast their voices through art in a respectful, non-judgemental and educational atmosphere. This exhibition will be the first of a long line of artistic pursuits to spearhead political matters that need to be addressed.

“Rage colours me as it presses into the pores of my skin soaking in until it becomes the blood that courses through my beating heart. It is rage bred by the necessity of existing in external circumstances that work against my survival.” – Book: My Words to Victor Frankenstein above the Village of Chamounix, Performing Transgender Rage. Book by Susan Stryker (American professor, author, filmmaker, and theorist, Stryker’s work focuses on gender and human sexuality); first published June 1, 1994.

The TRANS Rage Exhibition features artworks from the voices of a variety of trans and non-binary artists. It is designed to speak for itself.

We believe that this exhibition will not only build a platform for trans and non-bianry artists to speak through their art, it will also educate and inspire viewers and other artists to start making the conversation bigger.
